Carolyn Foster
Carolyn Foster is a Senior Instructional designer at Carnegie Learning. She has spent more than 10 years as a reading specialist, supporting adolescent learners to develop critical literacy skills both in and out of the classroom. Her passion lies in the intersection of building community-based learning opportunities and the design and implementation of accessible, research-driven literacy instruction. She holds a B.A. from Catawba College and an M.A. from Columbia University.

Stephanie Bolyard
Stephanie Bolyard is a Senior Content Specialist for Literacy at Carnegie Learning. In addition to teaching ELA to grades 6-12, her teaching repertoire included SIOP (Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol) classes, co-teaching environments, Pre-AP courses, and specialized support for readers in developmental English classes. Notably, Stephanie played a pivotal role in pioneering early Response to Intervention (RTI) models and spearheading teacher-mentor initiatives. She holds a B.A. from Concordia University and an M.S. from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.
